We interviewed 3 different realtors when we decided to sell our property. My wife and I thought we probably were leaning to another very prominent realtor until we met Sarah and Mal. They are very genuine and down to earth. They explained things we should do to improve the marketability of the property. So did the others, but Sarah and Mal offered to help oversee most of the things needed done as we were not in the area and 1300 miles away. The personal service and work they did for us was way beyond what we expected a realtor to do. Sarah has a real design talent as well and her personal touch was incredible in the updating of the property. We hired a Realtor but got a decorator, a maintenance man, a personal shopper and some truly nice friends. Don't make the mistake of not calling them !!!
